Coach and mentor for doctors and healthcare professionals under pressure.

Dr. Rosie Khan. GP, Coach & Mentor
I work with doctors who look capable and successful on paper, yet privately feel weighed down by responsibility or unsure of their next step. Together, we work at the core of how you think, how you carry responsibility, how you make decisions and how you set boundaries, so you regain clarity, steadiness and self-trust, and your life and work begin to feel more aligned with who you actually are

1-2-1 Coaching for Doctors Under Pressure

A six week private coaching program for doctors who appear successful but feel overwhelmed or unfulfilled, helping them regain clarity, strengthen their thinking, and intentionally redesign their work and life instead of reacting to it

What My Clients Are Saying

“I found our 1:2:1 sessions extremely thought provoking. Your friendly and approachable nature allowed me to be open and honest about what I wanted to achieve. It allowed me to reflect and acknowledge what it was that was holding me back from progressing in certain situations.

I gained clarity on the choices that I have ahead of me and which direction and path I need to choose to get me to my goals. This allowed me to be more certain on my plan.

“ Rosie put me immediately at ease enabling me to trust in her throughout the coaching and hypnotherapy process. I felt comfortable in being completely honest and open and felt supported both in and out of sessions. The hypnotherapy recordings were fantastic and helped my confidence and addictive personality.

Rosie gave me pointers after each session…..which has proved transformational in helping negative self talk. I will…”

— VA MEDIC

“You have helped me to tease out what is important in my life, you have helped me to understand myself better, to understand who I am.
You have also allowed me to see that I am enough. With all these sessions with you, I feel and am more confident in myself. You allowed me to become more self-aware.

The hypnosis sessions were fantastic. They were very enlightening and you made them as relevant to me and my life and I am…

Anxiety But Not The Obvious Kind…

Hello ,
This week I learnt that a GP I once knew has died. We hung out a few times. He was my age. I didn’t know him well, but it stopped me in my tracks in a way I didn’t expect. And it’s strange how that happens. Someone you barely knew...
