As a doctor with over 20 years of experience, I’ve seen countless women struggling with exhaustion, stress and feeling like shadows of themselves. I know firsthand how the challenges of perimenopause can affect every aspect of life because I’ve been through it too.

My turning point came when chronic stress and declining health forced me to re-evaluate everything.
By embracing lifestyle as medicine, transformational coaching and self-care practices, I revolutionised my own well-being - physically and emotionally. Now, I’m on a mission to help professionals and women in business to work through perimenopause with a lifestyle-first approach that prioritises their health, happiness and quality of life.

Dr. Rosie Khan is a Certified Practitioner in Lifestyle Medicine for Perimenopause. She is both an NHS and private GP, bringing a wealth of experience to her practice.

Dr. Khan holds a Postgraduate Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, a Medical Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and a Diploma in Transformational Coaching. She also has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Immunology and Cell Pathology, further enhancing her expertise in understanding complex medical and lifestyle needs.
