Having treated countless women with similar symptoms, Rosie recognised the limitations of prescribing medications like HRT without addressing the deeper impacts of stress, habits and emotions.
Rosie now combines her medical expertise, lifestyle medicine training and clinical hypnosis to empower women with a holistic approach that prioritises lifestyle alongside medical solutions when needed.
